Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime. Every order will have a Sales Specialist with it for any inquires you may have.

How do I order?

Since there is no one-price fits all, we cater to your budget.

All items have a "Request Quote" button, click said button and fill out the information and our sales team will reach out ASAP regarding price

Can I track my order?

Yes, the day your item is shipped, the shipping tracking number will be sent to you by email.

How long does it take to make my jewelry?


Most custom orders take between 3–4 weeks depending on complexity and sourcing. We'll give you an accurate timeline once your design is confirmed.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express. Crypto BTC and ETH are accepted.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship worldwide. Free shipping is available for orders above $1500. A flat fee applies otherwise.

Are all your pieces made to order?


Yes, every ring, pendant, earring, or bracelet is custom made just for you. Jewelry is special and must only be worn by its wearer and no one else. We don’t keep inventory or sell pre-made items.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes, we offer a flexible layaway option for custom pieces. You can pay in any increments that suit you — there’s no set schedule. However, your jewelry will progress through key production stages once specific payment thresholds are reached:

  • We begin designing your piece according to your specifications.
  • We start production and cast the piece in your selected metal.
  • Stones or gemstones are sourced and set, and polishing begins.
  • Your piece is fully complete and ready to ship.

Please note: All layaway payments are non-refundable. This policy ensures each piece is made-to-order specifically for you

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

Can I customize the design I see on your site?


Absolutely. All pieces shown are fully customizable — from metal type and karat to diamond size, shape, and quality. We work with your vision and budget.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

When filling out the "Request Quote" button be sure to mention in the messages your discount code and it will be applied on final price.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you submit the "Request Quote" form, a sales rep will reach out to begin your order.

Keep in mind you're involved during the entire process so there will be no "in the dark" moment for you.

Is your jewelry made of 100% real material?

Yes Opes & Co. believe in full transparency, from start to finish we give what you ask. Gold in its purities alongside Sterling Silver and Platinum

If the item is labelled as gold in its according karat, that is what it is. UNLESS requested by customer for higher or lower karat.
