Order Cancellation & Refund Window
You may cancel your order for a full refund within the first 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, production will have begun and your piece becomes non-refundable.
Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
Because our jewelry is made specifically for you, it cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. Each piece is handcrafted, personalized, and cannot be resold or repurposed.
However, we are committed to working with you to ensure you love your piece.
7-Day Grace Period – Adjustments & Edits
Within the first 7 days of your order, we may be able to accommodate certain design edits such as:
• Metal type or karat changes
• Metal colour changes
• Stone selection adjustments
After the 7-day grace period, no edits, refunds, or exchanges are available, as your piece is already in advanced production.
Damage or Quality Concerns
We stand behind our craftsmanship.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or not as agreed, please contact us immediately. In the rare event of a verified workmanship issue, we will provide a store credit equal to the full value of your order, which you may use toward a replacement piece or another item.
